Territory Sales Manager, Morocco
Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer-focused the Territory Sales Manager based in Rabat/Casablanca, Morocco to join the Industrial Business organization.
As a member of the Ansell Sales team, the Territory Sales Manager will be vital in promoting and selling our products to meet and excel targeted sales goals across the Kingdom of Morocco. If you have a proven successful experience in industrial B2B sales, you might be the next colleague we are looking for!
What will your role be?
Working in collaboration with our sales team and distributors, and reporting to the Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager will:
  • Analyse, formulate, and implement Ansell’s end-user and distributors’ business to reach targeted revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow Ansell’s business
  • Survey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategies
  • Report sales plans and goals through corporate CRM
  • Establish and maintain partnership with customers and colleagues
  • Monitor performance of distribution partners to increase profitability
  • Train distributor team in Ansell-specific knowledge and processes
  • Guide distributors and end-users on new products, policies, and strategies, and create awareness of Ansell’s marketing and sales programs
  • Develop sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts
  • Plan, organize & execute road shows and end user and / or distributor seminars / webinars
  • Collect and analyze events, road shows and seminar’s return of investment for the sales structure
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Demonstrated selling and channel experience in consultative selling
  • Expert analytical skills in managing data across multiple sources
  • Budget and reporting experience
  • Know-how to solve complex product problems with clear solutions
  • Knowledge of distribution networks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous PPE experience (if applicable)
  • Fluency in French / English language (written and spoken)
This role is home-office based and requires frequent domestic travel (up to 75%).
